Intermittent fasting

Incorporate exercise into your daily routine — Working out in a fasted state can deliver amazing results. Without a ready supply of glucose and glycogen from which to draw — because it has been depleted over the course of your fasted state and has yet to be replenished — your body is forced to adapt and pull from the only energy source available: fat stored in your cells.

Intermittent Fasting 16/8:  The longer you can go between the last meal of the day and breakfast should be a minimum of 12 hours.   16 hours would be even more beneficial to promote ketosis, improve insulin sensitivity and improve mental acuity.  If you follow this fasting protocol 6 days a week you would be fasting for 24 hours. The most popular and easiest fasting method is to eat your meals within an 8-hour window skipping breakfast.  You simply go 16 hours from the last meal of the day to the first meal the following day.  A large part of the time you are asleep which makes it very easy to do.  Following a low carbohydrate diet program, your body will seek out fat for fuel during your fasting hours. During a fast, insulin decrease, growth hormones increase and fat tissue is eliminated, thus releasing stored toxins.  Intermittent fasting also trains your body to become a dual fuel burner, both glucose, and fat.  A powerful strategy to promote metabolic flexibility.

Be sure to check with your doctor before initiating intermittent fasting if you are diabetic and on diabetes medication.

Furthermore, NAC treatment also stimulates expression of thermogenic genes.

NAC directly or indirectly removes diet-induced ROS production, alleviating the inflammatory reaction, thus resulting in improved insulin sensitivity. 

NAC supplementation can be considered as an effective means in blocking diet-induced obesity and associated complications.

People with bleeding disorders or taking blood thinning medications should not take NAC, as it may slow blood clotting

Step 1:          Perform 100 to 300 crunches first thing in the morning in a fasted state. 

Step 2:          Add 1 additional exercise per day for another body part i.e. curls, squats.

Step 3:          Following a shower, apply Keyano Body Contour Cream with your hands to your belly as well as other body parts you would like to contour. Skin will turn red for approximately 30 – 40 minutes.  This is normal.

Scientific Studies:

The study was conducted on 25 healthy volunteers (female age 29 to 41 years.) in vivo at a hospital in France.  The study demonstrated a 7.3% reduction in lipid levels and a 5.6% decrease in subcutaneous trapped water levels.  This study did not take into account the function of the niacin and essential oils.
